There are large holes in the bottom for the piss to go through. You can leave it on to piss if you want. However, after a couple of days you will want to take it off and wash it or it may leave an oder. The top is easily removed so you can piss and then put it back on. I've seen this egg online. It looks so attractive on you. It appears to have so many desirable features. It's certainly going to isolate your sex organs, prevent erections with the internal barbed ring and any external stimulation. I will try to do a vid of putting it on which is very easy and at the end of a session (couple of days) I take it off and wash it with soap and water. There are large holes in the bottom for the piss to go through. You can leave it on to piss if you want.
